How do I measure myself for a support garment?

To measure for your support garment, it is recommended that you relax and breathe normally. Then measure around your widest part including your pouch and this will give you your circumference. In addition, for a support belt you will also need to measure the width. This is done by measuring the top of your pouch down. If you have a hernia, then it is recommended that you start measuring five centimeters below your hernia.
