Placement of an order on Omnigon by the customer shall be deemed as acceptance of Omnigon’s terms and conditions of sale. Orders accepted for shipment and delivery are subject to the customer’s account being current and within its credit limit.
Any written order received which is not marked “CONFIRMATION” will be regarded as an original order and processed accordingly.
Any online orders that are requested to be cancelled prior to despatch will incur a $5 Admin fee.
Trading terms are 30 days NETT from Invoice date.
Minimum Order quantities and pricing are as applicable at the time of order placement. Whilst every effort will be made to advise customers of changes, to avoid confusion we suggest that order quantities and pricing are confirmed with our Customer Service Representatives prior to or during order placement.
Unless otherwise advised freight charges of $54.45 (GST included) apply.
No exchange or refund possible, unless the item(s) are faulty.
In the event that product delivered is deemed not to meet order specifications (e.g. faulty product, order discrepancy, or transit damage), then claims should be lodged to Omnigon within (7) days of delivery together with an invoice number and date of purchase.
a) Before authorisation for returns can be issued, full details must be provided to Omnigon including the original order number, item codes, quantities, batch numbers, invoice numbers and reason for return.
b) An authorisation number will be issued and must be clearly displayed on the outside of the packaging. No goods will be accepted for return without prior authorisation from Omnigon. Please call 1800 242 702 for a Return Good Authorisation.
c) Returned goods will be considered for credit only where:
– Goods are authorised to be returned.
– Boxes/Packages are in original and saleable condition as deemed by Omnigon.
– Goods are a standard stock line and have not been ordered as a special order.
– Goods are not out of date or discontinued and have a viable expiry date.
– Goods have been purchased direct from Omnigon.
d) Unauthorised returns will be held by Omnigon and the sender contacted to determine an appropriate course of action.
e) Restocking Fee: Goods returned may be subject to a restocking fee. Customers will be advised accordingly when an authorisation number is issued by the Customer Service Representative.
