Measurement for the KomfortLite Paediatric Support Belt, can be done by laying down or standing up. It is recommended that you measure around the widest part including the medical devices/ostomy pouch and this will give you the circumference. In addition, for a support belt you will also need to measure the width. This is done by measuring from the top of the hip to the belly button.
